Shipping policy

Currently shipping within the United States.

We utilize USPS as our primary shipping carrier. After your payment is authorized and verified, please allow up to 72 hours to process your order.

You will receive an email confirmation containing your tracking number when your order has shipped. If you do not receive your tracking information within 72 hours of purchasing, please send an email to info@shoplafaveur.com. If your order has been shipped and you are experiencing a delay in receiving your order please contact USPS for further information. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that your packages will arrive on the listed date once the package is in the possession of USPS. It is the responsibility of USPS to ensure that your package is delivered at the listed delivery date. If you have questions about shipping and delivery please send an email to info@shoplafaveur.com. All orders are shipped via USPS and can be tracked via USPS after the order is placed, using your shipment confirmation email.
